Dear Kelly:
On September 14, 1999, the Coppell City Council approved the zoning change request for
Case No. PD-179 DeForest Court, from A (Agriculture) to PD-SF-12 (Planned
Development, Single Family-12), to allow the development of a 17-lot residential
subdivision with common areas on approximately 8.4 acres of property located at 703
DeForest Road.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-Ao231 which was approved by
Council and signed by the Mayor on October 12%
