Denton Tap Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, February 17, 2000, subject to the following conditions: Light standards shall not exceed 20' in height and will be screened appropriately, being sensitive to the surrounding residential development. The one-way ingress and egress off Town Center West Boulevard be marked and a loop treatment shall be observed. o Landscape calculations for Lot 2 be provided to staff before the City Council hearing. 4. Light standards shall be turned off no later than 11 p.m. o Revise Site Plan to reflect a 6' chain-link black vinyl coated fence along the south side of the property. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, March 14, 2000, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. Please revise and submit 17 copies of the Applicant's Business Overview, Site/Monument/Fencing Plan, Landscape Plan, Irrigation Plan, Tree Mitigation Plan, Construction Detail/Screening Wall and Floor Plans and Elevations of Buildings A and B by 12 noon~ Wednesday~ March 1st, in order to forward your case on to Council.
