I am in favor of this zoning change.
I am opposed to this zoning change.
I am undecided about this zoning change.
My comments are as follows:
We are opposed to anything except single family zoning on the amos of PD-149, Vistas
of Coppell. We feel that multi-family dwellings tend to brinq in transient people, and
increase the chances of crime. Traffic will also increase , since the hiqher density
dwellings result in more personal cars per land area. We decided to live in Coppell
because of the small town atmosphere, and we need to maintain that atmosphere in
order to continue enjoying living here. The small town feeling attracts others looking to
r,9{ocate to or within the Metroplex. Single family homes are the only way to maintain
.,4t2e small town ambiance.
