Case No. PD-185. Coppell Industrial Addition, zoning change from LI (Light Industrial) to PD-
185 LI (Planned Development-185, Light Industrial) to allow a phased development of 2
office/warehouse facilities totaling 1.900,000 square feet of space on approximately 100 acres of
property located along the north side of W. Bethel Road and 50' east of N. Royal Lane.
Attached you will find a cop}' of Ordinance No. 91500-A-254 which was approved bv Council a~d
