Dear Mr. Seib:
The ordinance prepared for the June 25th City Council meeting does not include the
Vistas of Coppel! Development Standards that were submitted as part of the original
zoning application. On May 14, 1996, the City Council approved the application (with
development standards) and certain conditions which you've described in Section 2
of the ordln~mce.
We respectfully request that you reference the development standards (attached) and
attach them to the proposed ordinance for the June 25th approval.

DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS "A"
Use Regulations; A building or premise shall be used only for the following purposes:
Any use permitted in the "SF-ED", "SF-18", "SF-12", "SF-9" or "SF-7" district.
Home occupation.
Such uses as ma.y be permitted under the provisions of special use permits in the
Section 30-5 and, 30-6 of the City of Coppell zoning ordinance.
Maximum Height FRegulations:
Thirty-five (35) feet or no more than two (2) stories except
those homes that are directly adjacent to the Highway 121
frontage road which shall be restricted to one (1) story.
