Development Standards that were submitted as part of the original zoning application. On May 14, 1996, the City Council approved the application (with development standards) and certain conditions which you've described in Section 2 of the ordln~mce. We respectfully request that you reference the development standards (attached) and attach them to the proposed ordinance for the June 25th approval. Thank you for your assistance. Home occupation. Such uses as ma.y be permitted under the provisions of special use permits in the Section 30-5 and, 30-6 of the City of Coppell zoning ordinance. Maximum Height FRegulations: Thirty-five (35) feet or no more than two (2) stories except those homes that are directly adjacent to the Highway 121 frontage road which shall be restricted to one (1) story. VVhere lots have double frontage, (running through from one street to another), the required front yard shall be provided on both streets, unless an alley is provided. Five (5) feet.
