Dear Dennis:
Regarding Case No. PD-149, Vistas of Coppell, zoning change from HC
(Highway Commercial) and MF-2 (Multi Family-2) to PD-SF-7 (Planned
Development, Single Family~7) and PD-MF-2 (Planned Development, Multi
Family-2), to allow the development of single-family and multi-family residential
uses on 78.786 acres of land, located on the east side of Denton Tap Road, north
of Denton Creek, at its April 9, 1996, meeting, the Coppell City Council
recommended this Public Hearing be held open to May 14, 1996. A
representative for this case must be present. Failure to represent this item may
result in the denial of this application.
