These phases will be re-zoned at a later date, pending the sale of Phase IV as a school site and depending on the outcome of this current zoning case. The attached site plans and landscape plans reflect two major revisions to Phases I and II. The first revision reflects a staggered front yard set back in Phase I, as suggested by P & Z and staff. The second revision transfers the parkland, previously located on the west side of Phase II, into Phase III for future platting. The legal description and applicable acreage for Phase II has been revised to accommodate this new zoning request. Thank you for your assistance with revising our zoning application.
