Since the time of our approval in April, 2000, construction has begun on a new facility west of the Tradepoint site. This development will buffer a si~inificant amount of our site from the Royal Lane R,O.W. and essentially reduce the amount of our site's street fl'0ntege. Please refer to the attached drawing which indicates the relation- ship of the two properties and the exlent of ou.r request. We would lire to substitute 4' high Nelli~ R Stevens shrubs in lieu of the 6' hi~lh material previously submilted. The spacing and relationship to other tree plantings will remain the same. As I mentioned this morning, the conlractor has indicated that he is able to obtain the 4' high material quickly. If necessary, he can install a number of these shrubs for you to review. After much delay, the projacl is rapidly approacl~lng completion and_ Champion is anxious to complete the landscape installation.
