1. Depict on the Landscape Plan that the 6'-high wrought iron fence will tie in to the existing
chain link fence along the western propert)' line. Also, the double row of hedge treatment
must be extended southward to the existing chain link fence.
2. On the Site Plan, modify the following PD Condition to read as follows:
"Section 34-1-8(B)3: To allow the four rows of
parking by the tennis courts with handicap parking
spaces to not have planting islands at the northern
end."
3. Delete from PD Condition that variance was granted for Section 34-1-1. The Board of
Adjustment denied that request on August 5, 1999.
4. Clarify if fence will be a wrought iron or decorative metal fence. The site fence detail on the
Site Plan shows pre-manufactured metal fence while the notation on the site plan indicates a
wrought iron fence.
5. Update Staff on any additional dialogue or correspondence CISD max, have had with
Copperstone and/or Villages at Cottonwood Creek Section 4 residents.
6. Verify that the zoning change request sign is posted. It must remain on the proper~-' through
May 9th.
Note:
A. Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff
recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why
staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the April 6th Development
Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the April 6th DRC meeting.
Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or
other representative is urged to attend the meeting, h
C. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, April lit to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 I.'2 X !1) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department
