Dear Madam/Sir:
On November 13, 2001, Coppell City Council unanimously approved the zoning change
for Case No. PD-194, AmberPoint Business Park, zoning change from LI (Light
Industrial) to PD-194-LI (Planned Development-194, Light Industrial) to allow for an
office/warehouse business park on approximately 110 acres of property located along the
south side of Sandy Lake Road; between Royal Lane and State Road.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-310, which was approved by
Council and signed by the Mayor on December 11, 2001.
