The proposed 20' drainage easement on Lot 2, Block A should be widened to a minimum of 30' and relabeled as a drainage/utility easement. Also a separate 20' utility easement should be provided adjacent to the proposed drainage easement (detention) to allow for the extension of the 8" sanitary sewer line. 2. Floodplain note should reference new floodplain map dated August 23, 2001. 3. The floodplain should be tied down by metes and bounds.
