NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 18th day of October, 2001, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council
Chambers for consideration of Case No. PD-194, AmberPoint Business Park, zoning change
request from LI (Light Industrial) to PD-194-LI (Planned Development-194, Light Industrial) to
allow for an office/warehouse business park on approximately 113.50 acres of property located
along the south side of Sandy Lake Road; between Royal Lane and State Road, and to consider a
Detail Site Plan for a portion of Lot 1, Block A, to allow the development of an approximately
308,000 square-foot retail building on an approximately 17.99 acre portion of a 41.40 acre tract
therein, at the request of AmberPoint Business Park, LLC. All interested citizens o£ the City of
Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the
same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255
Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

Zoning Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD-194, AmberPoint Business Park,
zoning change request from LI (Light Industrial) to PD-194-LI (Planned Development-194, Light
Industrial) to allow for an office/warehouse business park on approximately 113.50 acres of
