PD191-NR010621 T H E C I T Y O F COPPELL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public heating on Thursday, the 21st day of June, 2001, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, City Council Chambers for consideration of PD-191, Freeport VII, zoning change request from LI (Light Industrial) to PD- 191-LI (Planned Development- 191-Light Industrial), to allow a reduction in the required parking on approximately 17.824 acres of property located at 611 S. Royal Lane, south of Creekview Drive, (Freeport North Addition, Lot 2, Block A) at the request of Duke-Weeks Realty Corp. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
