RE: Case No. P~D-191-LI~ Freeport VII~ Lot 2~ Block At of the Freeport North Addition
Dear Mr. Barefoot:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-191, Freeport VII, zoning change request fi.om LI
(Light Industrial) to PD- 191-LI (Planned Development- ! 91-Light Industrial), to allow a reduction
in the required parking on approximately 17.824 acres of property located at 611 S. Royal Lane,
south of Creekview Drive (Freeport North Addition, Lot 2, Block A), was recommended for
approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, June 21, 2001, subject to
the following condition:
1) In the event that the ratio of office to warehouse changes, and/or the demand
for parking increases due to the occupancy of the building, an amendment to
this PD will be required. Additional parking shall be provided within the
current landscaped areas, while meeting the requirements of the Landscape
Ordinance in effect at the time such amendment is required.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, July 10, 2001. A
representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council
Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately
reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please
revise and/or submit to the Planning Department 16 folded copies of the all exhibits on or before
12 noon~ Wednesday~ June 27th. Also, please submit three (3) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reductions of
revised plans (Amended Site Plan and Amended Landscape Plan).
