Dear Mr. Barefoot:
On July 10, 2001, the Coppell City Council unanimously approved the zoning change for
Case No. PD-191, Freeport VII, from LI (Light Industrial) to PD-191-LI (Planned
Development-191-Light Industrial), to allow a reduction in the required parking on
approximately 17.824 acres of property located at 611 S. Royal Lane, south of Creekview
Drive (Freeport North Addition, Lot 2, Block A).
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-300, which was approved by
Council and signed by the Mayor on August 14, 2001.
