Section 2, item G, referencing the Landscaping and irrigation along the North side of Town Center West Boulevard, hez been erroneously added in PD-17g R instead of PD-178 R2. On March 28, 2000 when the case was approved by the City Council a number of items were clarified and approved. One of the conditions specifically addressed, was the developer of Lot 2, (PD-17g R2) was obligated to install, irrigate and maintain the Landscaping as approved by PD-178 along the North side of Town Center West. Further, to confirm these facts, the deed for Lot 2 to Real Tex Investments, states:I "Grantee agrees to assume...the area "A" landscape maintenance, repairs and irrigation obligations and costs referred to in the City of Coppell, Texas ordinance PD-178".
