This is to advise you that last evening, the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission voted to
continue the Public Hearing for Case No. PD-178R, Town Center West, Detail Site Plan Review
of a Retail Center, zoning change request to amend the planned development and allow the
construction of a 13,393 square foot retail facility on approximately 1.8 acres of property located
at the southwest comer of N. Denton Tap Road and Town Center West Boulevard, to its January
20, 2000, meeting.
