Dear Mr. Moore:
The City of Coppell Board of Adjustment met on Thursday, February 4, 1999, and heard
your request for a four-part variance from Sections 11 and 31-1-4 of the City's Zoning
Ordinance, which concerns the construction of a new home on the property located at 332
Kaye Street.
The Board voted to grant your variance requests to allow:
1) a square footage of 1,681, as opposed to the required minimum of 1,800 sq. ~.;
2) construction on a smaller sized lot; and
The Board voted to deny your variance requests to allow:
1) a 2-ft. variance to the required 8-fi. sideyard setback;
2) construction of a one-car garage, as opposed to the required two enclosed
parking spaces.
