Dear Madam/Sir:
On July 8, 1997, the Coppell City Council approved the change in zoning for property zoned
SF-7 (Single Family-7), MF-2 (Multi-Family-2) and A (Agriculture) to PD-MF-2, SF-7 and
Open Space (Planned Development, Multi-Family 2, Single Family-7 and Open Space) to allow
a mixed-use development containing 315 multi-family units and 14 single family residential
homes on a 49.899 acre tract of land located along the east side of Coppell Road, approximately
967 feet north of Parkway Blvd.
Attached you will f'md a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-173 which was approved by Council
and signed by the Mayor on September 9, 1997.
