This letter is xvtitten to confirm all specifications on the Screening Wall separating the two projects
referenced above.
The screening wall matches the wall being built by Ryland Homes EXACTLY with the exception of the
foundation. The brick roll be: ACME - FORMBY. The wall design aSll match the "Ryland-Design" for
the purpose of continuity.
Obviously the foundation will need to be designed since the soil condition ma5' vary from the Ryland -
Design.
