I intend to complete Asbury Estates consistent with the first Phase completed by Ryland Homes. We ~11
use the same brick for the exterior wall. Additionally, we will utilize the same HOA document (see
attached).
I have agreed to sell lots to Ryland Homes; however, the transactions does not close until lots are
completed and accepted by the Ci~~ of Coppell.
