Box 478 255 Parkway Blvd. Coppell, Texas 75019 Re: Mansions By The Lake Dear Mr. Virtanen, Pursuant to our conversation today, I am requesting that the above referenced project, The Mansions By The Lake, be withdrawn from the May 15th Planning Commission Meeting. I am requesting to present our Project before the Planning Commission on the scheduled date of June 19th. I am currently working very closely with Mr. Gary Simms of the City's Leisure Services Department. Mr. Simms is meeting this evening with his Park Board to receive permission to acquisition a portion of our Development for a future neighborhood park. While a community park is beneficial to the City of Coppell and the surrounding neighborhoods, it will effect our final site plan and our submission to F.E.M.A. for a required Map Revision. I appreciate the time and support that the City's Professionals have given to my project. I will continue to work very closely with the City on this project and I look forward to presenting my Project at your June 19t~ meeting.
