the Vineyard Project in Northeast Tarrant County. We have a total of Seventy - Four "C" units on the
entire project with Twenty-One already occupied and leased.
I believe by extrapolation, the statistics prove a high-income resident base with an average family size.
Also please note the average rent for a "C" unit at The Mansions By the Lake is projected to be $1,745
per month.
