The property is located on the south side of Sandy Lake Road
just west of the Trinity River Bridge.
Reason(s) for Zoaing Change: A zoning change is requested in order to develop a
subdivision eonsisting of several SF-9 lots and a number of larger lots.,
Note: The proposed subdivision will be a cul-de-sac with no alleys.
A conceptual plan has been submitted with this application.
Applicant is responsible for erecting, maintaining and removing a sign to notify the public of the pending
zoning application. The sign shah be posted ten (10) days prior to the Planning Commission meeting and
shall be removed after the City Council's approval or disapproval of the application.
Failure to erect the sign at least ten (10) days prior to the Planning Commission hearing will result in
postponement of the zoning case until this condition is met.
A deposit in the amount of one hundred ($100.00) will be required of the applicant when he or she
requests a sign. The deposit will be refunded by mail if the sign is retumed in good condition to the
Planning Deparunent.
