PD160-NR 970619NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 19th day of June, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. PD-160, The Mansions by the Lake, zoning change from SF-7 (Single Family-7), MF-2 (Multi-Family-2) and A (Agriculture) to PD-MF-2, SF-7 and Open Space (Planned Development, Multi-Family 2, Single Family-7 and Open Space) to allow a mixed-use development containing 315 multi-family units and 16 single family residential homes on a 49.899 acre tract of land located along the east side of Coppell Road, approximately 967 feet north of Parkway Blvd., at the request of Western Rim Investors, L.L.C. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
