The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 15th day of May, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. PD-160, The Mansions by the Lake, zoning change from MF-2, SF-7
and A (Multi Family-2, Single Family-7 and Agriculture) to PD-MF-2, SF-7 and Open Space
(Planned Development, Multi Family-2, Single Family-7 and Open Space) to allow a mixed-use
development containing 322 multi-family units, 16 single-family residential homes and an on-site
park on a 49.899 acre tract of land located on the east side of Coppell Road, approximately 967
feet north of Parkway Boulevard. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties
of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of
the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning
change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway
Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
