PD160R-NR 980319NOTICE OF PUBLIC I-IE G The Planning and Zoning Comm|.~'ion of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 19th day of March, 1998, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. PD-160R. Mansions by the Lake, a zoning change for property zoned PD-MF, SF-7 and Open Space (Planned Development, Multi-Family-2, Single Family-7 and Open Space) by amending the residential planned development to allow a 660 square foot daycare facility to be located in the clubhouse on property located along the cast side of Coppell Road, approximately 967 feet north of Parkway Blvd., at the request of Humphreys and Partners Architect. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this Planned Development amendment request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
