On April 14, 1998, the Coppell City Council approved an amendment to Ordinance No. 91500-
A-173 for property zoned PD-MF, SF-7 and Open Space to allow a 1,219 sqttare foot day care
facility in the clubhouse on property located along the east side of Coppell Road, approximately
967 feet north of Parkway Boulevard.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-193 which was approved by Council
and signed by the Mayor on June 9, 1998.
