Mansions by the Lake, zoning change for property zoned PD-MF, SF-7 and Open Space (Planned Development, Multi-Family-2, Single Family-7 and Open Space) by amending the residential planned development to allow a 1,219 square foot day care facility to be located in the clubhouse on property located along the east side of Coppell Road, approximately 967 feet north of Parkway Blvd., was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, March 19, 1998, subject to the following condition: A notation needs to be placed on the face of the First Floor Plan to read "1,766 square feet of exterior play space." The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, April 14, 1998, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items which accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The submittal deadline for revised drawings is ~, Thursday. April 2. 1998. Therefore, please submit 17 folded copies of the revised drawings, plus three 8 1/2" x 11" paper reductions on or before that date. The drawing which requires change in order to comply with the Planning and Zoning recommendation is: First Floor Plan. We also need by April 2nd, 17 additional copies of the Site Plan, Second Floor Plan, Clubhouse Elevations, Clubhouse/Day Care examples and the Day Care Sign Description to forward on to Council.
