APPARENT OR NON-APPARENT, AERIAL, SURFACE, UNDERGROUND
OR OTHF~RWISE; PROVIDING FOR ~ FURNISNING OF A CERTIFI-ED
COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE FOR RECORDING IN THF~ REAL
PROPERTY RECORDS OF DAI,LAS COUNTY, TEXAS, AS A QUIT~
DEED; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHF~REAS, the City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, has determined that the within
described nineteen (19) foot temporary emergency access easement in Asbury Manor, Lot 4 and Lot 8
of Block 3, as recorded in the plat and map records of Dallas County, Texas, should be abandoned in
favor of the abutting owner's; Now, Therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE~ ~ OF COPPEI,L,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That for and in consideration stated herein, the City of Coppeil hereby
abandons and quitclaims in favor of Charles Osamor and Monica Osamor, and, Moresh Damle and
Vaidehi Damle, the abutting owners, respectively, that certain tract or parcel of land more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part hereof for aH purposes, the same as if fully
copied herein.
SECTION 2. That the fights being abandoned in the property described herein consist of
nineteen (19) feet of the temporary emergency access easement described in Exhibit "A" and as shown
on a map thereof attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and made part hereof for aH purposes, the same as if
fidly copied herein.
SECTION 3. That the City of CoppeH does not abandon any other interest other than that
described in Exhibits "A'" and "B'.

SECTION 4. That the City Secretary is directed to prepare a certified copy of this ordinance
and furnish the same to the abutting owner's named above, and recording of this abandonment
ordinance in the real property records of Dallas County, Texas, shall serve as a quitclaim deed of the
City of Coppell, Texas, to said abutting owner of such fight, rifle or interest of the City of Coppell in
and to the nineteen (19) foot of temporary emergency access easement described in Exhibit "A", either
in fee simple or by easement, or otherwise.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage as the
law and Charter in such cases provide.
