Dear Mr. and Mrs. Beck:
This letter is to inform you that the Beck Estates, Minor Plat, to allow the development of
a single-family residence on approximately one acre of property located at 824 DeForest
Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission
on Thursday, March 16, 2000, subject to the following condition:
1) Council waiver of the alley requirement.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, April 1 I,
2000, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure
to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. Please submit 17
additional copies of the Minor Plat and Tree Survey by 12 noon~ Wednesday~ March 29th,
in order to forward your case on to Council.
