Beck Estates/MP-DR000224 City of CoppeI1 Development Review Cotntnittee Comments Planning Department BECK ESTATES 824 DEFOREST ROAD MINOR PLAT DRC Date: February 24, 2000 planning & Zoning Commission Meeting: March 16, 2000 City Council Meeting: April 11, 2000 1. Need to verify ROW dedication for DeForest, further to the east, 36.77 feet of dedication was required for DeForest Road. 2. Planning Director has elected to present the plat to the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council for approval, therefore, he will not be signing the plat. Include the signature blocks for the Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission and Mayor. 3. Modify the City Secretary's signature block. (see attachment) 4. Plat needs to be black line print, verses blue line print. 5. Provide volume and page notation. 6. Include PD conditions on face of the plat and any variances requested to the subdivision regulations. Note: A. Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff recommendationg. Should applicant disagree with staff comm~ats please provide reasons why Staff rec~)mmeildations should not be followed when you attend th~ March 2nd Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting. B. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plan~ to the March 2nd DRC meeting. Applicants will be ~sked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting. C. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, March 7* to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning Department
