PD161-NR 970515 (22)To Whom It May Concern,
At the beginning of our house search we initially talked with a
representative of ®renvwood Guilders 'about the possibility of building in
The Bstates Of Cambridge Manor. At that time we were told several items
that we thought wouldadd to the future value of our property. One item in
particular vividly sticb6 in my memory (the promise of bffeping the greenbelt
intact on the west side of the neighborhood). Bven though this has no a~rect
effect on my property, I feel very strongly that its removal would have a
nBative effect on the neighborhood as a whole. Hot only would it destroy
the beauty andserenity of much of our neighborhood, it would greatly reduce
the value of the homes of our neighbors as well I feelvery strongly that the
numerous verbal commitments that representatives of $rentwood Guilders
made to me andmy family concerning the greenbelt should be honoredjust as
any other contract should be whether written or implied
Sincerely,
David Maloy
