RE: Approval of Advantage Self-Storage Final Plat
Dear Mr. Beard:
This letter is to inform y~u that your application for final plat of
Advantage Self-Storage was approved by the Coppell City Council on
February 10, 1987. The conditions for approval that apply to the above
mentioned final plat are as follows:
(1) Subject to approval of the Maintenance Agreement per
the Streetscape Plan.
(2) A Hold-harmless Agreement must be reviewed by the
City Staff.
(3) Three (3) four inch caliper trees must be placed on
south side of the fire lane and five (5) four inch
caliper trees on the north side of the fire lane.
You have six (6) months from the approval date to submit the above
mentioned plat for signatures by City Officials; otherwise, the plat
shall be deemed null and void, resubmittal will be required and current
subdivision regulations will apply.

This letter is to inform the City of Coppell that I will
allow Joe Beard to do some grading on my property to the
south of his proposed development at Denton Tap Road.
Also, I will allow any drainage across my property caused
by his development.
I will hold the City of Coppell harmless for any damage
done'to my property in connection with the above allowances.
