The conditions for approval that apply to the above mentioned final plat are as follows: (1) Subject to approval of the Maintenance Agreement per the Streetscape Plan. (2) A Hold-harmless Agreement must be reviewed by the City Staff. (3) Three (3) four inch caliper trees must be placed on south side of the fire lane and five (5) four inch caliper trees on the north side of the fire lane. You have six (6) months from the approval date to submit the above mentioned plat for signatures by City Officials; otherwise, the plat shall be deemed null and void, resubmittal will be required and current subdivision regulations will apply.
