On September 9, 1997, the Coppell City Council approved the rezoning of your property on East
Belt Line Road to a Multi-Family Planned Development designation subject to the site plan,
building elevations, landscape plan, engineering comments and several conditions. One of the
conditions was that Buildings 2 and 27 be two-story and that Buildings 5 and 38 be three-story.
Because Council made this change in the site design, we need a revised site plan to attach to the
ordinance. Please furnish an 81/2" x 11" drawing which reflects this change as soon as possible.
