PD162-NR 970821NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 21st day of August, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. PD-162, Archon Apartments, zoning change for property zoned LI (Light Industrial) to PD-MF (Planned Development, Multi-Family) to permit a 600-unit apartment complex to be constructed in two phases on 37.77 acres of property located on the south side of Beltline Road, approximately 2,100 feet east of MacArthur Boulevard, at the request of WHRB Real Estate Limited Partnership. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
