RE: BLOOMING COLORS NURSERY DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAT
Dear Ms. Bowman:
This is a letter of transmittal for four (4) copies of the
site and landscaping plan for Blooming Colors Nursery
Addition. The final plat was sent under a separate cover.
The landscaping was designed by myself in accordance with
all City of Coppell Streetscape requirements for a primary
image zone. My qualifications are registration as a Texas
Certified Nursery Professional #3877 by the Texas
Association of Nurserymen.
