Dear Mr. Johnson:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of Blooming Colors Landsca_~
Nursery, Final Plat, located along the south side of Beltline, 1650 feet east of MacArthur
Boulevard, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission
on Thursday, January 20, 1994. The following condition applies:
(1) If construction of either the church or the mini-warehouse does not occur, then
the City will require Blooming Colors Nursery to be responsible for extending
the water and sanitary sewer from its existing location in the Tom Thumb
shopping center.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, February 8,
1994, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at the City Council
meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
