RE: Blooming Colors Landscape Nursery, Final Plat
Dear Mr. Johnson:
This letter is to inform you that the Blooming Colors Landscape Nursery, Final Plat was
approved by the Coppell City Council on February 8, 1994. The following condition applies:
1. If construction of either the church or the mini-warehouse does not occur, then
the City will require Blooming Colors Nursery to be responsible for extending the
water and sanitary sewer from its existing location in the Tom Thumb shopping
center.
No construction may begin until the plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Approval of this plat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda
date. If the plat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to August 8, 1994,
the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached
checklist for the requirements for executing plats.
