RE: VARIANCE REQUEST FOR BLOOMING COLORS NURSERY
Dear Mr. Jones:
The purpose of this letter is to formally request a variance
during the development of the Blooming Colors Nursery
Addition for the installation of a front monument sign. It
is our understanding from today's development review
committee meeting that the City of Coppell has a side
setback ordinance which requires 75 feet on each side of the
monument. The total frontage of Blooming Colors Nursery
development is 102 feet. The front monument sign will meet
all other requirements of City code.
It is also our understanding that the variance will be
either approved or denied as a part of a motion during the
platting and zoning city council meeting on January 11, 1994
for the development of Blooming Colors Nursery Addition.

discrepancy in the above understanding, please do not
