Dear Mr. Boren:
This letter is to inform you that the Boren Addition, Preliminary Plat, on approximately
10.4 acres of property located at the northeast comer of Warren Crossing and Beverly
Drive, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, March 14, 2000, with the
following conditions:

The Final Plat shall be reflective of the waiver of the alley requirement.
Prior to any construction on this property a tree survey and mitigation plan
shall be approved by staff.

No development will be allowed in the 100-year floodplain without
an approved flood plain study.
