Need to correct the zoning on the property from MF-2 to SF-12

fecommendatio~8. Should applicant disagree with staff commetlt8 please provide reasons why
staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the June 1st Development
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised ~ m~d plans to the Jm~e 1" DRC meeting.
Applicants will be as~ted to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or
other representative is urged to attend tho meeting.
Applicaat will have till noon Tuesday, June 6th to resubmit eighteea (18) folded copies of
revised phas and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department
