Need to plat entire property. As shown, the remainder of the property would be
land locked. Lot 1 should include all but the 0.800 acres designated as Lot 2, and
revise Owner's Certificate accordingly.
Request for waiver of alley as required per Appendix C - Design Criteria and
Standards, Section 1- Streets and Alleys, A. Policy 10 of the Subdivision
Ordinance, "Alleys are required m all residential subdivisions .... "
· "Alleys shall not be required in this subdivision" must be stated on the plat.
Need to add Volume and Page and required Signature Blocks to face of plat.
Submission copies need to be blackline, not blueline.
Prior to any construction on this property a tree survey and mitigation plan shall be
approved by stuff.
No development will be allowed in the 100 year floodplain without an approved
flood plain study.

Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the March 2rd DRC meeting.
Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or
