Policy 10 of the Subdivision Ordinance, "Alleys are required m all residential subdivisions .... " · "Alleys shall not be required in this subdivision" must be stated on the plat. Need to add Volume and Page and required Signature Blocks to face of plat. Submission copies need to be blackline, not blueline. Prior to any construction on this property a tree survey and mitigation plan shall be approved by stuff.
