Dear Taryon:
Based on a maximum of 35 percent of total lots subject to a variance for side yard setbacks, we
request the following variance:
An 8 foot side yard setback with the exception of Lots 9-13, 18-21 and 29-33. we request a variance
to 5 foot side yard setback on these lots.
