Big Cedar/PP-CS 910905 MEMOP,~dI'DUM DATE: September 5, 1991 TO: Tayron Bowman, P & Z Coordinator ~~/~ FROM: Gary Hendricks, Plan Review Engineer RE: Big Cedar Addition/Preliminary Plat Review The preliminary plat and associated preliminary plans for the Big Cedar Addition proposed by Goodwin & Marshall, Inc. are in general conformance with the City's subdivision regulations and design standards. The Harris Road (Bethel School Road) right-of-way width is not in conformance with the City's thoroughfare plan. However, it is our understanding the developer is working with the adjacent property owner and will submit additional information for our review which will, hopefully, resolve this issue.
