RE: All Care Veterinary Hospital. Final Plat
Dear Dr. Weber:
This letter is to inform you that the All Care Veterinary Hospital, Final Plat, to allow the
development of a veterinary clinic on .812 acre of property located along the west side of
Denton Tap Road, approximately 238' north of Parkway Boulevard was approved by the Coppell
Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 19, 1996, subject to the following
conditions:
1) Show on the landscape plan the three parking spaces located in the northwest
portion of the parking lot.
2) Compliance with Engineering comments as follows: The on-site fire lane should
be labeled as an access easement.
Prior to the issuance of a building permit, this Final Plat must be filed with the Dallas County
Plat Records Department. Approval is valid for six (6) months. If the Final Plat has not been
filed for record with the County prior to June 19, 1997, the plat shall be deemed null and void
and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached checklist for the requirements for executing
Final Plats and Replats.
