RE: Minor Plat extension for the Carrick Addition
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Carrick:
This letter is to inform you that a six-month extension of time as it applies to the expiration
date of the Minor Plat for the Carrick Addition, Lots 1 and 2, on approximately .70 of an
acre of property located at the northwest comer of Lodge and Sandy Lake Roads, was
approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, July 10, 2001.
Although you've submitted said plat to the City for signatures, we find that the Owners
Certificate portion, including notarization, has not been completed. Will you please pick
up this plat from our department at your earliest convenience. When it is returned with
appropriate signatures, we will continue to process. You will be called when it is ready to
be filed with the County.
