Revise Label on both Lodge and Sandy Lake Roads that reads "R-O-W Varies"
and indicate the actual width of the rights-of-way.
Revise Franchise Utility Label for Lone Star Gas/TU Electric to read "TXU
Electric and Gas."
Provide notary signature block certifying surveyor's signature.
Revise fence on plat; it is inaccurately shown.
Building setback Lines are noted on the plan, however, the setback dimension is
not indicated. Indicate the setback dimension at the setback line.
Remove Planning Director Signature Block from the plat and add a signature
block for the Chairman of the Planning & Zoning Commission and the Mayor.

There is a driveway conflict with the proposed property line separating lots 1 and
2. The property line must be shifted to clear the existing driveway apron off the
alley.
Sidewalk along Lodge Road shall be constructed as required by the subdivision
ordinance.
It appears that there are additional significant trees located against the west
property line that are not shown on the plat; provide a separate tree plan, showing
these trees and those to be removed.
A request for a variance to allow a reduced lot width will be required through the
Board of Adjustment.

recommendations. ShouM applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why
staff recommendations shouM not be followed when you attend the November 2'''! Development
Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats and plans to the November 2nd DRC
meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain, and defend any revision. A representative for
this project is required to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, November 7th to resubmit sixteen (16) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3j reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
