Approval subject to the following recommended Engineering conditions:
1) Thc intersection of Castlcbury Court and Sandy Lake Road svill conflict ~vith proposed lo~v point
inlet on Sandy Lake Road. (CONDITION MET)
2) A Right-of-Way for existing alley for radius on required alley adjacent to property (southwest
corner of development) needs to be provided.
THIS PLAT WAS DENIED BY COUNCIL ON AUGUST 11, 1998 (7-0).
