Box 473 Coppell, Texas 75019 RE: Castlebury Homeowner's Association Declarations Conditions and Restrictions Dear Isabelle: Please be advised that we have received a copy of the Castlebury Court Flomeov,,aer's Association documents which included: (1) Articles of Incorporation (2) Written Consent of Directors (3) Bylaws (4) Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. By this letter, we have not reviewed for legal sufficiency the Articles of Incorporation, the Written Consent of Directors, or the Bylaws of the corporation. -I-hose matters are outside our providence and have no effect on our review or opinions recited herein. We have reviewed the Declaration of Covenants regarding deed restrictions for this property and find that such covenants are inadequate to ensure the proper enforcement of maintenance of common areas. Also, we would indicate that Exhibit "A" has not been attached hereto and therefore we cannot opine as to what property this purports to cover in terms of annexed property and/or property that shall be maintained by the Homeowner's Association. Please inform R. yland Homes of their current deficiencies in regard to maintenance of common areas and refer to them the copy of' Appendix A to the Subdivision Ordinance regarding the Homeowner's Association, specifically those references to maintenance of common areas.
